Initial Consultation & Landscape Contracting Plan

We always aim to provide the highest quality service possible while still being approachable to anyone, no matter your know-how. Whether you’re a pro at this and know exactly what you want out of your landscape or this is your first time working with a landscape contractor, our consultants are here to walk you through all of your options. From the initial site visit to the final proposal and agreement, the goal is to always listen to your needs and wants first and guide you through all of the intricacies of custom landscape design and build projects. The details matter, especially where your home is involved. We’ll be there to talk you through the project’s scope, timeline, budget, and a full range of options available for your specific project.

Landscape Contracting Installation

Communication is key, especially in our line of work. With dedicated project management, you’ll always have someone to go to for all of your questions or concerns through the installation process. As soon as we finalize all of the details of your project and we know you’ll be happy with your new landscape, our project managers will be right alongside you to schedule, review, and update you on the progress of your project. We like to check in with you weekly on the progress of the project and make sure you’re delighted with the results.

Landscape Contracting Follow-Up

When your project is done, we’re not. After the dust has settled and the project is complete you can expect a final walkthrough and punch list from your project manager to make sure your wishlist is complete and the details are right. Once we’re sure the work is done and it’s everything you’ve dreamed of, we’ll still be there if there are issues that come up. We offer a limited 1-year replacement warranty on plant material that we’ve provided and installed and a 25-year craftsmanship warranty on all paver installations. We also know that nature never sleeps so let us keep your landscape looking like it did the day we put it in with continuing maintenance.
